What’s the process to get started?

1. Click on the “Get Started” button and fill out your information. Our team will reach out to gather some basic information and enroll you into the patient portal.

2. We submit an order for a blood draw, which you complete at your convenience at one of several participating labs in the area.

3. After your lab results are received (usually 24-48 hours later), we’ll discuss the results, answer any questions, and develop your personalized plan.

4. We order your all of your medications and supplies, and they’re delivered directly to your door!

What if I already have blood work results?

Great! As long as the results were done in the last 6 months, we can likely use them to start your treatment!

For TRT, we need results for Testosterone (free or total), Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA), and Hemoglobin and/or Hematocrit.

For weight loss (semaglutide), we need Thyroid Function, CMP (Comprehensive metabolic panel), A1c, and Lipid (cholesterol) panel.

What if i’m already getting treatment elsewhere?

No problem! All we need to enroll you as a new patient is your most recent lab results, and the current doses of your medications.

Is this safe?

In short, yes.

All medications are sent directly from a 503(a) or 503(b) compounding pharmacy. These pharmacies are held to the highest regulatory standards for quality, purity and safety.

Your safety is our top priority, and treatment includes ongoing monitoring and support to ensure your achieve your goals, while minimizing the risk of side effects. During your initial consultation, we will discuss any concerns and potential side effects based on your current health status.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny or postpone treatment based on current health status, chronic health conditions, and general safety concerns. In certain cases, we may require a written letter of clearance/approval from your Primary Care Provider or other medical specialties.
